Why should you read these books?

The purpose of these books are to coach new or transitioning Scrum Masters on how to be impactful in any organization. There are undoubtedly numerous existing Agile and Scrum-related books covering the basic practicality, but none provide enough direction and insight for succeeding in the role. As a result, I have written these books in order to help close this gap for new and transitioning Scrum Masters embarking on this journey.

Who is this course for?

This course is really for anyone who is looking to break into the Agile and Scrum space. Several years ago, when I first began my journey as a new scrum master, I quickly realized that I needed more than the textbook knowledge I had learned through the certification programs. Most of the training sessions portrayed a perfect world for scrum masters to work in, but this idealized world was far from the reality of many organizations. Over time, I started this initiative to empower aspiring and new scrum masters by training, mentoring, and coaching Scrum Masters to be more effective at their role.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to take any prerequisites before signing up for this course?

No prerequisites are required before signing up for this course as it covers everything you will need to know about the Scrum Master role. However, we do suggest reading the Scrum Guide and Agile Manifesto to understand the basic foundational framework of Scrum and Agile.

Who can be a Scrum Master ?

Anyone having the right mindset can become a Scrum Master regardless of their prior background. You do not need a specific educational background to become a Scrum Master. Whether you are certified or new to scrum mastery, this course is design to teach, train, and coach you on how to become an effective Scrum Master.

Is Scrum Master Champions 30-60-90 Days a certified training?

The SMC 30-60-90 Days is NOT a certification course. This course is intended to teach, coach, train and equipped you to seamlessly transition in the Scrum and Agile field. In addition to this course, you will need to identify the right certification path for yourself.

How long is the course?

Depending on your level of need, you can decide which one of the 30-60-90 Day programs align with your goal. Our goal is to ensure you are ready to lead in any organization seamlessly. You can achieve your goal within 90 Days, and it has been proven over and over, again.

Where will the course be held?

These course trainings are completely virtual via Zoom.

What should I expect from the 30-60-90 Days Program?

Majority of the course is delivered in an asynchronous format. This means, there are 8 total pre-recorded videos you will need to watch, which means you would need to watch two videos per week prior to attending each class session. Additionally, we will meet once-a-week for a synchronous session, which will require you to faciliate the Scrum Events and receive feedback from your peers.

How do I enroll online?

You can enroll via our website by selecting any of the SMC 30-60-90 options. Upon payment completion using Stripe, you will automatically receive receipt and onboarding materials to get you ready for the first week.

Can I cancel my enrollment and be refunded?

Yes, you can cancel your enrollment upon your request. We will refund the course price after deducting an administration fee.

Is there a community to join?

Yes, all students that are enrolled in the program will be added in the Scrum Master Champions Private Community of Practice with formal graduates. The community is a combination of new and seasoned Scrum Masters. Everyone is open to network, knowledge sharing and most importantly have a safe space to voice ideas, and point of views. We meet on a monthly basis, to provide any additional support or guidance while utilizing the general forum daily to foster ongoing communication and interactions. There's also a Clubhouse Community with over 3,000 audience.
